When I’m going to buy a product in my web and I`m in the cart page, if I press the link to see the terms and contidions appears the HTML code. Please, how can I remove this???
I send you a photo.
Thank you!1 year, 3 months ago milylParticipant
in my case is similar. Also css is not good(see screenshot). There is another thing to resolve: multilingual website. When I view Germany version of website, terms are in Polish (default) language. I’m not sure that it should be controlled by 3rd party translation plugins.
I have the same problem. The only plugin added that is related to payment is ‘WooCommerce PayPal Pro Hosted’ – I am not sure if this is causing the issue though. To access the area to edit this feature – Customise>WooCommerce>Checkout – it uses shortcode to add a page link to the Terms and Conditions page on check out, but shows all of the VC code too. I can opt to let it just read ‘I have read and agree to the website Terms & Conditions’ but then let the user find the page for themselves, but this is not ideal.

Hope you to be fine.
I checked your dashboard. Yes. You’re right. It is a bug and we have to fix it.
Hence I shared the issue with our team.
But I fixed it for you temporary.
Thanks for the update, I will wait to hear back from you.
Sure. I will.
Thanks for your report.
It would also be good if we could get a better indication when you click to pay in the checkout that you have clicked the pay button. At the moment, there is no button animation on click or obvious way you can tell that the payment is being processed (like a spinning wheel or animation) until you are taken to the order confirmation page. Something like ‘please wait while your payment is being processed). I am testing this on ‘pay by cheque’ option at the moment to check my shop.
I will share this with our team too.

nothing special. I’ve tried to turn off all plugins with no result. I would like to share with you access to wordpress back-end to solve this issue. Can you help me?1 year ago milylParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.

We’ve found a bug in this part of the theme and we are going to fix it in our next updates.
But, I investigated your dashboard and it seems you have fixed the issue yourself. There is no more shortcode text in the terms section.
