I installed the latest update to Vitrine and nothing works. My cart icon is gone from the header, when I add the cart page to the menu, the homepage just refreshes, an image on the slider with 20% height takes up the full screen and is larger than an image on another slide that is 40%, I can’t add products to the cart anymore. Everything is messed up and we were supposed to go live this week and I have been doing nothing but banging my head against the wall trying to figure out what is broken and where.

In the new update, the compatibility of Vitrine with the last version of WooCommerce has checked.
Have you updated Vitrine to the latest version ( 5.00 ) and WooCommerce ( 3.8)?
Please check that two required plugins ( Epicomedia core and Vitrine Shortcode ) be activated.
Please provide your WordPress login information to me via private reply, I will investigate the issue.
All the best.
Epicomedia Core is 2.1 and Vitrine Shortcode is 2.1
WooCommerce is 3.8 and Vitrine is 4.9 downloaded from the site last night.
I will reply with the login info privately.
Thank you for your help! This reply has been marked as private.1 month ago SomiKeymaster
1. I have investigated your dashboard.
The issue is related to your custom codes on Vitrine child files.
The codes have added to the child theme file have conflicts with the Vitrine codes.
I have activated the Vitrine theme and the issue was resolved.
Please see the following screenshots.
Hence you need to remove your custom codes and add them more carefully.
2. Do you mean you are going to have this website with all these content on the other domain?
I think the following link would be helpful, but If you were not successful to do it, we will do it for you with the customization service.
All the best.
