I’m using a child-theme for Vitrine, and after the last update I lost every change I made on Theme Settings. From my logo until the Custom CSS. All gone. Now I’m back to the default settings.
That’s really REALLY bad.6 months, 2 weeks ago oneblueshirtParticipant

It happened again.
After I posted this, I had no time to wait for the update, so I had to do all the customizations again, and did much more to finish my website. Now I updated the theme and it all back to the last version before these customizations. I lost even more work than the last time.
So 1) How can I get my last work back? And 2) You need to fix it ASAP. I can’t keep losing my work everytime I have to update the theme.5 months, 2 weeks ago SomiKeymaster
Hi dear friend,
Hope you to be fine,
The issue has been fixed asap at that time, and this issue is not happening again. which version of Vitrine are you using now that missed up all your setting?
The last version of Vitrine is 3.8 that does not have any problem with missing setting or data.
anyway please explain which version of Vitrine are you using and after update to which version, you face the problem ? then I will help you better.

I’m running the 3.8 version which I updated using the Envato Market plugin.
I don’t know what version I was using before, but it was probably the one before 3.8.
That’s what happened:
- I had half of my website done with a lot of customizations and settings ready (let’s call it V1). Then I updated using the Envato plugin, and had the problem I posted here last month.
- As I could’n wait for you to solve that, I did all the customizations again and so much more (let’s call it V2). My website was almost ready, then today I updated the theme again, going to the 3.8 version.
- I lost all customizations once again, but instead of going to zero, it backed to the settings I had on V1, which at this point, it’s even worse than it was at the first time.
As desperate as I am, I did a search on phpmyadmin and found the last version of my custom css (V2) saved there. It also has a bunch of parameters that I believe that are the settings I used, but I have no idea on how to activate them again without having to manually select each option.
Is it clear now?5 months, 2 weeks ago SomiKeymaster
Before Version of 3.7 and after 3.7.1 Vitrine does not have this problem, only there was a bug in version of 3.7 that has fixed asap at that time, This problem is happening for you because you did not update Vitrine to 3.7.1 that fixed the problem of 3.7.
Anyway, Please provide your WordPress login information to me via private reply, I will set the setting of 3.7 for the new Version that you are using.
My best regards
