About Issue 2 (scale image) I see from your last reply; the scale image is fixed and you said I must update your theme to version 2.7.I you probably have a later one now. PLEASE, I need your help updating my site to your latest theme for this one time ONLY PLEASE! Because I have child theme is activated due to many customizations on my site.
If you can give me a guideline to share with a web designer regarding updating to the latest theme because I am interviewing now so I make sure who I hire does not mess up my site☹
About Issue 1 (Not clickable) This issue is still there but I am not sure if updating to latest theme might fix it?
I REALLY hope one day you will have the list of vetted contractors for an amateur like me to hire, I am so disappointed on your “Customization” team, they did not finish the work I contracted them on. Really frustrating…

There are just 2 images that you have to reduce their images size. (see the attached images)
