In order to update Vitrine, Only you need to REPLACE the new file with the previous one on Cpanel.
Before updating, get a backup from your website to ensure.

You dont want to understand me or you just writing something just for write.
I know how can i update the theme. I just dont want to update whole theme files i just update files which i need to fix sku problem.
Utilities file only has changed.
you can find it on the following path :
Vitrine folder > lib > utilities
It’s better to update Vitrine since I told the process of updating the theme.

problem still continue unfortunately.
When i try to search on shop page’s search from it still return empty.

Search via SKU on shop page has different functionality, only we have fixed the search on top bar for now.
I have reported the issue to our developers to fix it on the shop page too.
I am not fine at all.
Because if i reported an issue about search you should think and check all search fields where the theme.
I was thought so and i have guarenteed that problem had fixed to my client.
The issue has fixed, the only file has changed is utilities file. I have send it for you.
Please update this file to fix the issue. It seems the file can not upload here.

As you can see Somi, your developers have changed same file for fixing before issue.
I do not understand how can skip others search area problems in same file if someone who called ownself im developer.
