I am unable to disable the built-in shop filter and most of its options in Theme Settings. It is currently disabled but still shows. The only option that actually works is Hide Categories. I have tested this with and without my caching plugin turned on.
I like the filter and plan on using it. I just want the options to actually work. My end goal is to have the filter enabled but for the On sale and In Stock filters to be hidden. This reply has been marked as private.
Hope you are well,
The issue has been resolved, please checkout your website.
The On Sale and In Stock filters are still active. Does changing any of the options within theme settings undo your change?
The issue is happening because of plugin conflicts.
The source of this conflict is filebird plugin, I have deactivated this plugin and the issue has resolved.
Please check out your website now.
I attempted disabling the filter again, and it did not disable. Also, the two filters reappeared when I attempted this. I do not believe that this conflict is cause by Filebird since I have replicated it while the plugin was disabled.
I do not know what you are doing to remove the filters, but I will re-enable filebird. Can you please hide the two filters again and I will not mess with the settings again.
Is the filter built into the theme? Would reinstalling the theme possibly correct the issue?
I am sure that the issue is plugin conflict with filebird.
I have deactivated this plugin and the issue has resolved. when you deactivate this plugin, you need to disable shop filter option and save it and then enable shop filter option again.
Now filter option works properly. please check out your website.
