Hello to all customers,
We apologize because of the inconvenience that you all got in recent days.
As you all almost know, Envato has suspended our account and our themes are no longer available on the market. We’ve contacted them but they didn’t respond to our tickets. Now, we don’t know why we are suspended.
As an author who was a part of this company for three years, we have the right to know why we are blocked from the market and they have to answer us.
Additionally, we have over 3500 customers for our themes and we have active support for all of them.
We are still trying to solve the issue to get our account to work again.
Also, we want you kindly help us and report the issue to Envato and want them to open our account. We believe we’ve not disobeyed any Envato policies.
Thanks for your help.1 week, 2 days ago shoperParticipant

Envato has responded to my request that they should re-open your author account.
The answer was negative and they could not provide further information about your suspension for confidentiality reasons.
Nevertheless, something suggests that the problem is due to yourselves, because you still need to fix some things, with your ISP (CloudFlare) – see the attached screenshot (DNS-Error).
The problems on your demo site arose in the period just before Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Your demo site was insanely slow and many times it was completely inaccessible – see the second screenshot (Service-unavailable).
Maybe your Envato Market author account could be reopened, if you quickly fixed your problems.

I also got a negative response and they say that for security reasons they cant elaborate.
Iv’e asked if there is still a chance that the item would return to Envato, and still awaiting answer on that.
As for the original post by the author, i’m sorry, but i don’t buy into that. If i can get an answer in a few hours from Envato, i believe you can too.1 week ago CarlmParticipant
Sorry I am addressing your post. I totally agree with you… EpicoMedia should also have received answers to their questions, when we have already received answers.
EpicoMedia owes us all, to come forward with a valid explanation of the problem, so that we can move on no matter what. In fact, EpicoMedia is strangely very quiet in here. Therefore, I am sorry to say, but unfortunately, I do not think that EpicoMedia is quite honest with us.
Envato offers me a refund, but that is the least problem for me. The big problem is I now seem to have wasted 8 weeks, with my two clients where I have worked with the Vitrine theme. We should soon have launched two perfect websites, but now we are in return been set 5-6 weeks back.
Hey Carlm, we are exactly in the same boat.
I also am about to launch a website i’m working on. have a meeting with the client tomorrow, but don’t know what to tell him.
EpicoMedia please provide some answers so we can figure out how to proceed from here.1 week ago gennarovelaParticipant
I responded as directed. I could not see where my code compare and support, with you. My question is whether I can give you access to your protection anyway. Could you arrange a page for us buyers? Thank you
Bad news you guys. I have just got an email from Levi from Envato market that wrote:
“I’m afraid that this author’s items are not going to be put back on sale even in the future. I know how important it is for you to get your project done as soon as possible, but his item is not going to be updated anymore and might cause too many issues.”
Good luck to all. As for me, i’m going to start the project over.
Thanks for nothing EpicoMedia, you owe me a lot more than what i spent on your theme!!1 week ago alphadevParticipant

Hello dear customer,
We apologize because of the inconvenience that you got in the recent days.
We understand your worry about the issue.
We had a horrible week because of some conflicts with the Envato team. We had to contact them and this process took longer than expected.
But, the issue is almost solved and Vitrine will be available again on the market soon. Also, our support services will be active again and we’ll work much harder to make you satisfied.
Now, if you have any questions, We’re here to help you.

Good news Admin,
I was just about to post that I had a positive response from Envato help re Vitrine:
Hopefully, you’ll find the short time until this item is back on the market to be well worth the wait.
Looking forward to seeing it back.5 days, 1 hour ago gennarovelaParticipant
Hello, I have been informed skin Envato that they no longer work with your product and will not return. Does this process? I received an email from them back to what you asked me to send them. Whether or not I will work with them, I confess to saying that I do not care. What I need is that you update your theme and support us, by ftp, dropbox, here in the forum what it is. Can you do that?2 days, 15 hours ago JohnS0NParticipant
Any updates to this? You are still offline?
I have sent a pledge to envato to open you up again. Well, one voice more.
Even though your theme has quite a few issues, your support is quite nice. I hope you get back to the market… and I hope you give us more information as to why you were suspended without sugarcoating the mistakes you potentioally made!
