1. What happens now and in the future with you, your wonderful Vitrine theme, and you so far very fine support?
2. Also on November 27. 2018 we extended our support with 6 months via Envato (Order No: 95032582 / invoice No: IVIP29274650). What about that?
!) Furthermore, I have a responsibility for my clients (two licenses), which I implicitly put into your hands by, having proposed trust in you and your theme…
Please, answer honestly and ASAP – thank you in advance.
Ps. I have never written to you, in your support forum, even though I have been a customer of you, with 2 x 6 months extended support, ever since your first version.

We apologize because of the inconvenience that you got in recent days.
As you may know, Envato has suspended our account and our themes are no longer available on the market. We’ve contacted them but they didn’t respond to our tickets. Now, we don’t know why we are suspended.
As an author that was a part of this company for three years, we have the right to know why we are blocked from the market and they have to answer us.
Additionally, we have over 3500 customers for our themes and we have active support for all of them.
We are still trying to solve the issue to get our account to work again.
Also, we want you kindly help us and report the issue to Envato and want them to open our account. We believe we’ve not disobeyed any Envato policies.

Hello dear customer,
We apologize because of the inconvenience that you got in the recent days.
We understand your worry about the issue.
We had a horrible week because of some conflicts with the Envato team. We had to contact them and this process took longer than expected.
But, the issue is almost solved and Vitrine will be available again on the market soon. Also, our support services will be active again and we’ll work much harder to make you satisfied.
